Qualifications

• Demonstrable commitment to continuing professional development/education.
• Previous experience of providing education and training within pharmacy.
• Relevant post-diploma clinical experience at specialist clinical pharmacist level.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of hospital experiential learning for undergraduate pharmacy students.
• Provide an advanced clinical pharmacy service to patients.
• Assist in providing clinical/medicines management training.
