A local care agency in Bromley is seeking Senior Care Assistants to provide care and support within clients' homes. The role offers competitive pay of £12.90 to £16.13 per hour, excellent training, and the opportunity for both full-time and part-time work. Successful candidates will have at least 6–12 months of experience and possess a caring and reliable nature. Immediate interviews and training are provided.

Areas covered: BR5, BR6, BR7, (Farnborough, Orpington, St Mary Cray, Chislehurst)

Here at Care World, we offer our Senior Care Assistants the following:
  • £12.90 per hour – £16.13 per hour

Duties will include:
  • Completing assessments and reviews
  • Drawing up Care plans involving service users and relatives
  • Supervising junior care workers and shadowing them during induction.
  • Personal Care (bathing/showering/toileting/etc)
  • Preparing and serving meals/snacks
  • Assisting with medication
  • Light domestic duties
  • Companionship
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks.
  • Observing, monitoring and record keeping.
We are looking for Senior Care Assistants to join us who are:

  • Minimum availability 20 hours, with as many hours as you’re available to do.
Schedule:
  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Weekday / Weekend (Every other weekend)

Full support will be given to you in your role from the very beginning ensuring you are fully trained, competent, and confident to deliver outstanding care.

Please note this Senior Care Assistant role is a Domiciliary Care vacancy which involves providing care and support within the community within clients’ own homes.
