  • Design and deliver advanced descriptive and predictive analytics to uncover insights and support future business and product development.
  • Create, own, and maintain regular business reports and dashboards using platforms such as Databricks and Power BI, providing insight into website performance, funnels, customer journeys and online behaviours to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Maximise reporting and analytical capabilities of the B2B CRM through effective data extraction, modelling and report creation.
  • Attend and contribute to stakeholder meetings, presenting analysis, conclusions and recommendations in written and verbal formats.

  • Excellent analytical capability with the ability to generate concise, actionable insights from large and diverse data sets.
  • Experience working across multiple countries and cultures; a second banner territory language (French, Spanish or Polish) is highly desirable.
  • Experience connecting to APIs and analysing data structures to support long-term data ingestion and retention within a central data lake.
