The Role

We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The role will be full‑time and permanent and will follow a hybrid working pattern with a mixture of working from home & our Liverpool office.

Responsibilities
  • Mentoring & coaching a team of Business Analysts
  • Defining and maintaining BA processes
  • Setting and governing both requirements & ticket standards
  • Strong technical knowledge to enable you to evaluate solutions & complete validation
  • Analysing high‑level business problems, identifying opportunities & recommending data‑driven improvements
  • Contributing to business cases, ROI analysis and strategic initiatives
  • Enabling cross‑functional collaboration & leadership
  • Writing detailed business requirement documents (BRDs)
  • Prioritising, organising and balancing important tasks and any additional duties as required, commensurate with the role
The Person

You will need to have significant experience in a similar role, which would typically include at least 5+ years’ experience as a business analyst with considerable line management activities, ideally working alongside UX, engineering, product, and QA teams.
