A global food service provider is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their Technology team in London. This permanent role involves acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of IT solutions. We are recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Technology team on a permanent, full-time basis, reporting into the Functional Lead.
As the Senior Business Analyst you will be a strong communicator, the successful candidate will function as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions. This role will involve analysing and understanding business needs, translating them into technical requirements and documenting test scenarios, scripts, and user outcomes.
This role will be the consistent thread throughout the lifecycle of change, utilising strong analytical skill set to take business requirements through to successful delivery of a technical solution into the BAU teams.Whilst not responsible for direct reports, there is an expectation of this role to help drive the community of Business Analysts that sit across the functional teams with best practice tools, techniques, and methodologies.
This role is offering a contract that may require travel commitment to our sites across Europe and as such a good degree of self-motivation and flexibility is required. The role will reside within the Enterprise Technology function; however, may be required to spend time with business stakeholders on site across Europe as projects require, or work across other functional pillars as deemed necessary.

About you:
To be successful in this role you must have the ability to build strong and long-lasting relationships with stakeholders through positive and proactive engagement and have the ability to ask insightful questions to extract details required from stakeholders. You will possess a high level of attention to detail and be organised with the ability to present and document information based on the needs of the project. You’ll have an analytical and inquisitive mindset and think tactically and strategically presenting options to solve problems. You must also have the ability to support projects in surfacing risks / issues early and suggest mitigation options to resolve. Experience of requirements gathering through direct interaction with business users or in a workshop environment and ability to prioritise e.g. MOSCOW.
