A leading insurance company in Greater London is seeking a Senior Branch (Project) Accountant for a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. This position requires ACCA/ACA/CMA qualified candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry. Responsibilities include preparation of statutory returns and IFRS 17 deliverables. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong UK GAAP knowledge and experience dealing with auditors. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience in the insurance industry.
• Experience with complex finance or accounting queries.
• Dealt with auditors and C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare statutory and regulatory returns for Canada Branch.
• Perform analysis of key areas in financial statements.
• Refine IFRS 4 to IFRS 17 bridge presentation.
• Manage queries from internal and external stakeholders.
