Job description

We are looking for an experienced digital marketing specialist who will own, drive and deliver a cutting‑edge digital marketing strategy for our group of companies.

The candidate will deliver a critical role in the delivery of impactful, accurate and compliant digital marketing initiatives for a range of audience groups across multiple digital channels. This will include driving engagement in the company’s owned digital channels in email marketing, websites, social media and third-party directories, as well as collaborating with marketing, business development and other internal stakeholders to drive up our brands’ profile in the digital space.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close‑knit team. You will lead a broad range of digital marketing projects and bring technical ability and high standards for driving performance.

Required skills:

The successful candidate must be digitally qualified, committed and enthusiastic about delivering high‑quality, impactful digital marketing that returns high performance against our company objectives. The candidate will have excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be:

  • Fully digital and data literate, but with creative content and design flair – motivated by a genuine passion for exceptional digital marketing.
  • Competent in managing an end‑to‑end digital marketing technology stack and integrations, especially focused on email marketing and automation and website optimisation and management.
  • Confident in liaising with peers as part of a multi‑disciplinary marketing team, as well as internal subject matter experts and third‑party contractors, to deliver the digital marketing strategy.
  • Motivated by a fast paced environment, handling multiple priorities simultaneously, while upholding strict regulatory and approvals compliance.
  • Qualified to select and leverage the right mix of digital marketing tactics that will drive the strategic visibility of the company’s brands across the full range of digital channels (owned, earned and paid).

We are looking for candidates with a digital marketing qualification and/or demonstrable digital marketing experience from any sector.
