• Act as Lead Consultant on complex projects.
• Prepare technical specifications and oversee tender processes.

Skills

Strong background as a Building Surveyor

Experience delivering larger and complex projects

Ability to delegate and mentor junior team members

Strong analytical capability

Excellent knowledge of CDM and construction Health and Safety

Strong understanding of contract administration

Effective workload and deadline management

Education

Degree in Building Surveying
