Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in Accounts Payable.
• Familiarity with invoice processing and reconciliation.
• Ability to handle high volumes and various conflicting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume supplier invoices and manage monthly payments.
• Resolve supplier queries and manage AP inbox.
• Support month-end activities and KPIs.
• Drive AP automation and implement digital tools.

Skills

Experience in Accounts Payable, ideally in a high-volume environment

Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables

Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines

Proactive mindset and strong work ethic
