Teaching & Learning Assistant (TLA) - SEN

Start: ASAP

Permanent contract

30 hours per week (Monday to Friday) - 8:gnysamp; 3:15pm - Term time only plus 5 INSET Training days, as required at the discretion of the Headteacher.

Salary - Band 3 (CCT Thurrock Academies Pay Scale) - Salary Range - Point обращения 8-16.

  • Work under direct supervision of the class teachers/SENCo and be expected to use their own initiative tojóða organis an activities and tasks
  • Contribute to creating a positive, stimulating and purposeful learning environment.
  • Work in partnership with other Support Staff and Teachers.
  • Provide feedback to the class teacher on pupil's progress
  • Support the class teacher in planning differentiated work for pupils.
  • Have good organisation and communication skills
  • Support children with SEN
  • Create simple resources to support the pupils work, as appropriate
  • Attend INSET days and training as identified by the Head teacher
  • Be fully supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school.
