SEN Education Mentor

Employment at Macintyre No Limits. Join us to make a real difference this September.

We are looking for Community Teaching Facilitators: 2 full‑time (38 hours/week) and 1 part‑time (22.8 hours/week) for Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays (flexible).

Key Responsibilities

Support young people (16–25) with learning disabilities and autism to build life skills—from using public transport to managing money. Work both in our High Wycombe base and in the community, using creativity, compassion, and a person‑centred approach.

Qualifications
  • A UK manual driving licence
  • GCSE Grade C/4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Term‑time only (39 weeks/year)
  • Hours: 22.8 (part‑time) and 38 (full‑time) per week (Mon–Fri, 9:00–16:36)
  • Up to 3 weeks of training during holidays
