Job Summary

The Security Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for security personnel across all client sites. This role ensures all posts are staffed appropriately, manages call-offs, and provides real-time solutions to scheduling challenges. The Scheduler must also be able to step in and cover any security post when necessary. Candidates must have strong communication skills, the ability to handle fast-paced demands, and must hold a Level 3 Security License with at least one year of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, manage, and update security officer schedules for multiple client sites.

  • Ensure all posts are fully staffed and address coverage gaps quickly and effectively.

  • Respond to last-minute call-offs, emergencies, or scheduling conflicts.

  • Communicate schedule updates and requirements clearly to officers and supervisors.

  • Maintain accurate records of shifts, attendance, overtime, and officer availability.

  • Serve as on-call support during after-hours emergencies, as needed.

  • Step in and perform security officer duties at any site if coverage is required.

  • Coordinate with management and field supervisors to meet operational needs.

  • Assist with onboarding of new officers by adding them into the scheduling system.

  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with employees and clients.

Qualifications
