Overview

Seasonal Retail Sales Associate – Stafford Marketplace at Bath & Body Works. Seasonal role during the holiday period with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in our values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at checkout.
• Support product replenishment and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and inviting.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Perform physical requirements including standing, walking, reaching, lifting, climbing ladders, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and engagement by adhering to safety standards and expectations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
