• Kitchen Assistant: £12.40 p/h and Night premium: + £1.20 p/h (00:00–06:00)
• Chef de Partie: £12.70 p/h and Night premium: + £1.50 p/h (00:00–06:00) All pay rates are scheduled for review in April
