Qualifications

  • Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving issues with Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals including IP addressing, DHCP, and DNS.
  • Experience managing and developing multi-skilled IT teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee regional IT Technicians and ensure service delivery across schools.
  • Serve as a liaison between IT teams and school leaders.
  • Plan and deliver IT projects while driving improvements in service delivery.
