Job description
Salesforce Technical Lead (Contract)

We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead for a 3‑month contract (day rate £400‑£450/day inside IR35). Majority hybrid role; onsite required once a fortnight.

Reporting to the assigned Project / Delivery Lead, the Salesforce Technical Lead will primarily be responsible for working with clients to define and design solutions that meet the criteria outlined in the Statement of Work, lead a team in the successful delivery of a solution that matches what was sold, and engage with senior stakeholders and end users to analyse and design solutions, providing input into process improvements.

  • Perform development reviews for members of the operational team under supervision of the Technical Development Director
  • Guide the Operational Team in both Waterfall and Agile based projects for clients
  • Facilitate discussions in workshops
  • Own and contribute to the High Level Design for a Project
  • Own, contribute to and refine the user stories in a project
  • Plan and execute a Data Migration as part of Project Delivery
  • Plan and execute a deployment process based on standards as part of Project Delivery
  • Identify reusable assets (design patterns, principles, technical components) and ensure these are

Salesforce Tech Lead – Salesforce Partner

Start: January – February 2026. Hybrid working with some travel to London Office required. This will be a chance to join a growing yet established Salesforce partner with a focus across SMB & Mid Market organisations across the UK and Europe.

You'll lead on all the technical design and build work for customers and be hands‑on with development work when required, acting as a point of escalation for a small development team.

You’ll work closely with Consultants and Customers to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

  • Extensive Salesforce project delivery experience required ideally at another Salesforce Partner or similar consulting environment
  • Expert level APEX and LWC with API and Integration experience required
  • Good understanding of Salesforce technical architecture and data modelling
  • Comfortable owning technical decisions and steering technical strategy with a customer
  • Comfortable managing teams & working closely with stakeholders
  • Product experience: Service, Sales & Experience Cloud (Revenue Cloud, MuleSoft and FSL bonus)
Salesforce Administrator – Full‑time

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to help with the ongoing development of our Salesforce.com deployment. The role will involve configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Salesforce platform and will operate across the full lifecycle of change in a hybrid environment.

  • Serve as a primary system administrator for Salesforce at The Telegraph.
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks.
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of support tickets and new development requests.
  • Work with stakeholders to establish suitable processes for smooth support in administrative, development, and change management activities.
  • Manage Salesforce team deployments and ensure sandboxes match production.

Essential Skills

Senior Salesforce CPQ Administrator – Full‑time

We are looking for a Salesforce CPQ Administrator to join our Engineering Team, partnering closely with Product, Commercial, and Technical teams to ensure the CPQ implementation is streamlined, scalable, and aligned to commercial strategy.

  • Strong experience with Salesforce CPQ, ideally with exposure to Revenue Cloud.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customisation, and workflow automation.
  • Experience with commercial pricing and quoting solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with development teams to deliver custom functionality.
  • Comfort working closely with Product teams in an iterative, agile environment.
  • Ideally a mix of end‑user and partner experience, with up to ~500 users.
Salesforce Administrator – Service Cloud (Induction)

Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days office‑based, 3 days remote). Right to work: Must have the right to work in the UK without visa restrictions. This role focuses on Service Cloud and also enjoys exposure to Experience Cloud, with Marketing Cloud as a bonus.

  • Support Service desk team for Level 3 issues.
  • Manage Salesforce configuration: objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, flows, and approvals.
  • Administer users, roles, profiles, and security settings.
  • Create reports and dashboards.
  • Maintain data quality through cleansing and deduplication.
  • Environment refresh activities.
  • Collaborate on integrations and AppExchange implementations (if any).
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce admin experience (Service Cloud – must; Experience Cloud preferred; Marketing Cloud – nice to have).
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Admin a plus).
  • Strong skills with automation tools (Flows, etc).
  • Experience with data migration tools (Data Loader, etc).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
