Your Role

• Oversee the efficient setup and timely completion of customer warranties, ensuring proper registration.
• Work closely with dealerships to gather all required paperwork for deal processing.
• Confirm the accuracy of vehicle and financial details with customers.
• Ensure all necessary proofs are signed before releasing documentation to customers.
• Coordinate vehicle collections once the deal has been successfully processed.
• Ensure that all relevant documents are sent correctly and on time.
• Maintain strict adherence to company standards and compliance regulations in all communications.

Work Schedule

42 hours per week (Full-Time)

Monday to Friday between 8:45 AM – 7:00 PM

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
