Sales Support Executive

Sales Support Executive required to work in my client's office based in Twickenham Monday to Friday.

  • This is an excellent opportunity for graduates starting their career as well as professionals with some experience in administration, customer service, or commercial support.
Job Purpose
  • I am looking for a Sales Support Executive to join my client's team to act as a trusted partner to support our Global Sales team.
  • You will collaborate closely with Sales / Account Managers to enable and facilitate accurate contracts and orders with customers. You will also support the Sales team with Customer Requests, Quality Complaints, Inventory Management, Logistics, etc.
  • You will collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Warehouse and Logistics teams. You'll proactively oversee the lifecycle of existing and new orders and keep our customers informed the current status.
  • Daily use of CRM systems to ensure information is accurately recorded and shared with all external and internal stakeholders.
Skills Required
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with remotely distributed colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
