A leading plumbing and heating company in the UK is seeking a results-driven Sales Supervisor to join their Newbury branch. The successful candidate will manage customer service and lead a team, ensuring exceptional service delivery. The role requires flexibility in working hours and a strong focus on sales growth. We’re looking for a results‑driven Sales Supervisor who will work flexible hours to deliver exceptional sales and exceed customer expectations within our high‑performing branch team.
As a Sales Supervisor, you’ll be committed to delivering an outstanding level of service, always professional, driven and enthusiastic. The role is customer‑facing, providing the best service on our trade counter and over the phone, maximising sales at every opportunity. You will be contracted to a set minimum number of hours per week with the flexibility to work additional hours during peak winter heating season. Hours and shifts will be agreed with you with plenty of notice so you know exactly what you are doing and when.
As a Sales Supervisor, you’ll enjoy working within a team and have a dedicated focus on driving results, whilst being committed to acting with integrity and honesty in everything you do. You’ll be flexible with working hours and dedicated to delivering both customer and business needs. Ideally you’ll have previous experience overseeing a team, selling or assisting customers with purchases, ideally with knowledge of the products associated with our industry – although enthusiasm and a can‑do attitude is just as important.
