Responsibilities
  • Maintaining long‑term and improving customer relationships through regular customer visits – readiness to travel.
  • Visiting customers – you mainly see customers and prospects physically. Follow‑up takes place at the office or via homework. The ratio customer visits/office is 80/20.
  • Developing existing accounts and finding new opportunities.
  • Managing and expanding product and market knowledge.
  • Attending trade fairs – participate in fairs, events and conferences promoting the company.
  • Preparing offers and cooperating with sales specialists.
  • Providing excellent follow‑up after making price quotes for your prospects and customers.
  • Providing great customer service (placing orders, checking availability of products and delivery time, handling of complaints, etc.).
  • Contributing to the company's commercial and marketing strategy.
  • Searching for information about the local market, fairs and different business opportunities for TME.
  • Identifying customer's needs and translating these into the sales and marketing strategy.
  • Providing reports on the daily activities.
  • Collaborating with sales inside and account managers.
  • Sell TME company's products.
  • New customer acquisition and customer retention.
  • Process, update or change customer purchase orders.
  • Handle, organize and process customer quote requests.
  • Respond to Customer inquiries within a call‑center environment in accurate manner (e.g. email, phone, webchat).
  • Preparing individual offers for the clients.
  • Evaluating customers needs and building/maintaining productive long‑lasting relationships.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to resolve all customers' issues.
  • Meeting personal and team sales targets.
  • Issuing sales documents in line with orders.
  • Reporting and providing feedback to the company's management.
  • Maintaining and expanding client database within the assigned territory.
  • Attending meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.
  • Generating leads from system data, events and autonomous research.
  • Analysis and qualification of leads.
  • Active outreach on all channels.
  • Travel to meet the customers: present the company and products, identify customer needs and potential, find opportunities to start or increase cooperation.
  • Establish, maintain and improve customer relations.
  • Reporting and maintenance of the acquired information in CRM.
  • Close cooperation with the sales department.
  • Representing the company during fairs and events.
  • Market research and reporting to the sales management.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge about electronic components – is a must.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales.
  • Driving licence.
  • Ready for mobile work – visiting customers 4 days a week.
