We’re currently hiring a Sales Representative based in Scotland.

What You’ll Do:
  • Identifying and acquiring customers within the Utilities sector that rely on advanced Power solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales and bookings objectives for Power equipment.
  • Identify gaps in market coverage and create strategies to fill those using a direct sales approach.
  • Collaborate with Aftermarket Operations and Engineering teams to ensure the infrastructure is in place to support the business fully.
  • Identify and develop relationships with key accounts and assist in building national relationships.
  • Focus on penetrating deeper into existing accounts, converting competitor accounts, and growing market share while maintaining existing service business.
  • Apply strategic selling principles to uncover the best customer solutions and ensure a high standard of customer service.
  • Use CRM tools to manage customer activities, quotes, leads, and other key data effectively.
You’ll Have the Following Skills and Experience:
  • Strong experience in a technical sales environment
  • Good knowledge of critical power equipment
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Excellent time management, planning, and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts
  • Strong presentation and objection-handling skills to build trust and long-term relationships
