We’re partnering with a leading industrial solutions provider to find a strategic and people-focused Sales Manager to lead a newly merged division. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a business that has grown from £6m to nearly £70m in turnover and is now poised for its next chapter.

Location: South Coast HQ

Salary: £100k+ Base, £20k+ OTE + Car Allowance + Benefits

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of 4 BDMs, 9 ACMs, and support staff
  • Drive strategic growth across national accounts and utilities
  • Reignite a culture of hunger, humility, and smart selling
  • Streamline processes and reduce admin drag to boost agility
  • Collaborate with onboarding and tenders teams to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Deliver against a 10% YoY revenue growth target
