The Role

Working as a Sales Executive at Cheltenham you will report to the Head of Business and have the ambition and desire to succeed by delivering a first-class experience to our customers. You will help ensure customer awareness of options, accessories, extended warranty and finance facilities, supporting the retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of customer care and process efficiency.

About You

You will be ambitious with a desire to deliver a professional sales experience to our customers. A passion for motorcycles with previous experience within a sales or customer service environment in the motorcycle industry would be an advantage but is not essential. Enthusiastic and able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
