Role Overview

Marshall Mercedes‑Benz of Winchester offers £20,000 base salary, £47,000+ OTE (uncapped), a company car, and a guaranteed first three months’ salary. The role is full‑time (45 hrs per week) on a Monday‑to‑Saturday rota. The position is a Sales Executive who will guide customers through every stage of the car‑buying journey and demonstrate the brand’s luxury and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Guide customers through each stage of the car‑buying journey, from enquiry to handover.
  • Build lasting relationships, understand customer needs, and help them find the right vehicle or finance solution, including new and quality used models.
  • Participate in a bespoke three‑day Sales Training course.
  • Deliver great outcomes and represent a brand people trust.
  • Thrive in a target‑driven setting that rewards performance and professionalism.
