Job description

The Foxhunter Park is a five-star holiday destination located in the picturesque village of Monkton, near Ramsgate, along the stunning Kent coast. The park offers a range of premium facilities, including a heated pool, bar and restaurant, and live entertainment, making it a favorite among both owners and holidaymakers. Its proximity to miles of golden sandy beaches and the beautiful Kent coastline makes it an ideal spot for relaxing getaways and exciting explorations.

Role Description

This is a full/ part -time, on-site role based in Ramsgate. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the park. Duties may include interacting with guests, managing bookings, coordinating owners events, and assisting in delivering high-quality customer experiences. Most importantly supporting guests theought the purvhaae of their holiday home.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with guests and team members.
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage daily operations and handle customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy environment while maintaining high service standards.
  • Experience in hospitality, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards guest satisfaction and teamwork.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative tools and computer systems is a plus.
