Our client is a leading manufacturer of engineering adhesives, supplying high-quality industrial adhesives to customers worldwide, assisting customers with their specific bonding and sealing requirements.

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for visiting customers across the North UK to recommend and introduce adhesives into their production lines, providing technical training to distributors, and supporting with complaint investigation and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Support with manning exhibitions when required.
• Track sales leads, samples, and projects, ensure regular feedback from customers/distributors.
• Keep company CRM database updated with visit reports, projects, opportunities etc.
• Negotiate and provide pricing and quotations for customers.
• Liaise with customer services and credit control to help service accounts.
• Maintain and develop relationships with integrators who manufacture equipment such as dispensers, UV lamps, surface preparation equipment, as well as distributors.

Profile

• Sales experience with either a manufacturer or distributor.
• Driving license.
• Live in the North (between Chester/York).
