We’re seeking an accomplished sales leader to head up Quadient’s Public Sector Sales Team within our Mail Division — a national team responsible for developing and growing relationships across local government, central government, health and NHS, housing associations, education, and the UK’s top 500 charities.
This is a pivotal leadership role, reflecting Quadient’s expanded national remit and growing presence across central government. You’ll lead a team that blends broad public sector coverage with deep specialisation, including two Central Government Specialists responsible for driving strategic engagement across Whitehall departments and key government agencies.
Working in close partnership with the Public Sector Strategy Lead, you’ll shape and execute the national go‑to‑market plan in line with strategic imperatives – ensuring your team focuses its effort on the highest‑value opportunities. You’ll bring structure, pace, and purpose to how we engage the market, helping Quadient strengthen its position in core mail services while expanding adoption of our digital, SaaS, CXM, and DCS solutions.
