Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling meetings (both outbound and inbound) with key decision-makers, including HR professionals and C-suite execs.
  • Qualifying leads by understanding their budget, decision making power, specific needs, and timeline for making a purchase.
  • Getting hands on with our current tech stack to research target markets, identify the right people, and create prospecting lists with direct email addresses and phone numbers.
  • Crafting daily outreach with a mix of cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and other creative strategies.
  • Following up on inbound leads quickly and efficiently, delivering great experiences every step of the way.
  • Handing over qualified meetings to the BDM team, ensuring notes are accurate and CRM admin is up to date.
  • Collaborating with leadership and marketing to fine-tune outbound strategy and set up for success.
  • Maintaining a strong CRM for accurate tracking, metrics, and forecasting.
About you
  • At least 12 months of experience booking highly qualified meetings in a fast-paced environment. Startup experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting using cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • A can-do attitude, ready to help build a brand-new function and seize growth opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you can represent the company and make a great first impression.
  • Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and lead generation/enrichment tools.
  • Hybrid working with 2 days in the office (Hayes, London).
