We are seeking a Car Sales Controller for our busy, faced paced Volkswagen dealership based in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve individual unit and profit targets.
  • Build rapport and create a bespoke customer experience.
  • Maintain high customer focus levels.
  • Maintain up-to-date brand and company knowledge on products and ensure the team keep informed.
  • Sales Administration to ensure key processes and documentation are delivered.
  • Provide advice on key issues (i.e., accessory displays, part exchanges, used car stock value and mix).
  • Work as a full member of the dealership team supporting both Sales and Aftersales activities.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
  • Previous experience in motor trade sales.
  • Previous experience of working to, and successfully achieving targets.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent customer service/people skills delivering services to high standards.
  • Must have flexible, hands on ‘can do’ approach.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and methods.
  • Open minded and inquisitive to future growth and development opportunities.
