The role

The role of a Sales and Operations Manager is that of an integrator - someone who connects people, processes, and technology to ensure the smooth delivery of business objectives. You will translate strategic goals into practical actions, bridging the gap between sales, delivery, consulting and internal operations to create a cohesive, high-performing business environment.

You will be at the forefront of designing and refining operational processes that enhance efficiency, improve client satisfaction, and drive growth. Leveraging your understanding of both commercial and operational dynamics, you will streamline workflows, optimise the use of digital tools (including AI where appropriate), and ensure business agreements and documentation are accurate and timely.

In this pivotal role, you will not only oversee day-to-day operations but also contribute to helping the organisation scale effectively while maintaining operational excellence and agility in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end sales and operational processes, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging automation and AI tools to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload.
  • Take responsibility for high quality and accurate CRM data in HubSpot and other associated systems.
  • Monitor and generate reports on sales performance, operational KPIs, and resource metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide critical inputs to board reporting with timely and precise reports as part of our board back and investor governance.
  • Perform weekly and monthly health checks across sales pipeline and customer / contact data.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Finance, Delivery, Consulting and Growth to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent client experience.
  • Manage and optimise CRM systems and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, ROXY, HubSpot) to support sales tracking and operational visibility.
  • Develop and document scalable workflows to support business growth and maintain quality standards.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
  • Support leadership with strategic initiatives and planning for future operational capacity.

  • Strong analytical skills, capable of identifying patterns, trends, and anomalies within datasets.
  • Experience with CRM tools and comfortable working with large volumes of customer or operational data.
  • Commitment to data integrity, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and reliability of all inputs and outputs.
  • Proactive mindset, able to identify missing inputs or inconsistencies and take corrective action promptly.
