Location: Birmingham, United Kingdom

Role: Full Time Sales Advisor / Salary: £25,400 per annum (OTE £27,940) / Hours: 40 hours per week (5 out of 7 days, early and late shifts covering store opening and closing times)

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in person, via email, or on the telephone
• Maximise sales at every opportunity to improve store performance
• Work collaboratively with your team and help maintain a happy working environment
• Assist in all aspects of store operations, including maintaining cleanliness and maintenance of the store
• Comply with health and safety standards, monitor store security, and ensure accurate completion of administration
