We offer £28,996.5 plus commission, full time role, fully flexible between Monday–Sunday.

We opened a Therabody concession in Harrods, in May 2023 and are looking for a Sales Advisor to join the team.

Our client, Therabody is a pioneer in the wellness technology space, developing products and services that optimize human performance and unlock the body's natural ability to achieve health and well‑being.

This role is pivotal in bringing the customer experience to life and we are looking for enthusiastic, passionate Sales Advisors who can represent Stellar and our client, Therabody to lead the way with delivering exceptional customer service.

What experience you’ll need to be successful:
  • Prior experience in a premium customer service environment

  • Previous experience working in a premium retail environment would be advantageous
  • Passionate about beauty, fitness and/or wellness
  • Someone who is customer oriented and takes a consultative approach to selling
  • A team‑player who loves sharing their passion with others
  • Ambition and openness to learn and develop your own skill set
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive mentality and a drive to succeed
  • Additional languages would be advantageous
Training:
  • In‑depth initial product training with quarterly refresher courses
  • Harrods induction and service training
What do we offer:
  • £28,996.5 annual salary plus commission
  • Full time permanent contract
  • 37.5 hrs per week, fully flexible between Mon–Sun
