About The Role Based in Aberdeen, in the North East of Scotland, and reporting to the Sales Manager, you will use your negotiating and influencing skills to drive sales of Cala's highly desirable new build homes. You will ensure the efficient management of the sales process from reservation to exchange and completion through our CRM system, while consistently delivering a customer experience of the highest standard.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations including: NHQC (New Homes Quality Code), GDPR, Consumer Protection Act.

Previous experience with an online Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is essential (Salesforce is desirable), and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Weekend availability, lone working, and flexibility are required, as is a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
