The Role

As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations and excellent service across our customer finance journeys. Your focus will be on supporting the sales process from application to completion, maintaining quality and compliance throughout.
What you’ll be doing:

  • Liaising with dealers and finance providers to ensure quick turnaround on applications and positive outcomes for all parties.
  • Ensuring paperwork and documentation is complete, accurate and meets the lender’s standards.
  • Managing your own time and workload to hit key touchpoints and deadlines with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Working to targets in a fast-paced yet fun sales support environment.
  • Adhering to anti-money-laundering (AML), fraud prevention and other relevant financial legislation and processes.
