About The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive SalesAdministrator to join our Direct to Site Support team at our Barrow office. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth communication and coordination across all parties involved in organisational and system‑related activities. You will play a key part in maintaining operational efficiency and meeting service targets

About Your Role
  • To provide essential administrative services to assist the smooth and efficient operation of all functions within the Direct to Site Sales Department.
  • To process all customer orders, ensuring all orders are processed within the KPI timescales, ensuring customer orders match are sent out from the correct site and meet load build requirements and loaded onto system within KPI timescales.
  • Administration assistance for the Direct to Site Support functions and to communicate and liaise with all parties concerned on all organisational and system related activities.
We're Looking For
  • Planning and organising (Managing your time and workload; scheduling; managing overload and stress; defining objectives and setting objectives; identifying resources required; communicating clearly and delegating appropriately; contingency planning)
  • To communicate effectively internally and externally
  • Ensure requests are serviced within agreed timescales.
  • Ensuring all orders are input correctly within KPI’s
