Sales Administrator

Sue Ross Recruitment is looking for someone who is wanting to take on a new and exciting opportunity in Customer Service.

We are seeking a dedicated and talented individual to join our client based in Chapeltown for a 6‑month contract. This role offers the chance to work in a hybrid environment, balancing both remote and on‑site work, allowing you to take advantage of the best of both worlds.

Daily Duties & Responsibilities for this role include:

• Processing all sales orders in a timely manner.
• Ensuring all orders are entered onto the system in a timely manner.
• Processing any request amendments.
• Handling complex customer enquiries and resolving questions and complaints.
• Clarifying orders, providing technical guidance and facilitating recurring orders.
• Building ongoing relationships with customers.

The right candidate will be pro‑active and ensure positive reinforcement within the customer service team. You will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, participate in meetings, and provide first class customer service. A knowledge of Salesforce will be beneficial.
