A community-focused health organization in Broadstairs is seeking a Salaried GP for up to 8 sessions. The role offers both part-time and full-time options. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive patient care and collaborating with health staff. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a medical background, including CCT and a place in the General Practitioner Register. Perks include flexible working, support for newly qualified GPs, and a generous leave policy.
Invicta Health has a Salaried GP opportunity available at St Peters Surgery, with up to 8 sessions available. Both part-time and full-time positions are offered.
It’s an exciting time to join St Peters Surgery as we plan to move the team into the new state‑of‑the‑art health and wellbeing hub for Thanet based in Broadstairs.
Invicta Health has seven GP practices working within the organisation. We are a well‑known community interest company, devoted to supporting and improving primary care in the Kent area.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate GP who enjoys a team focus in problem solving and also enjoys sharing knowledge. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be an excellent listener. You will be on the General Medical Council’s GP register, having passed the MRCGP (or equivalent) and gained a certificate of Completion of Training (CCT). An interest in teaching would be ideal, and the development of areas of special interest would be welcomed and nurtured.
As a Salaried GP, you would provide a wide range of primary care‑based general medical services to our patients in a non‑judgemental, respectful manner, using a patient‑centred and fully team‑based approach. Good communication between colleagues is essential to the role, as we routinely share our experience and knowledge within the practice in order to optimise patient care.
Home visits by the GPs are rare.
Invicta Health is a non‑profit company with a passion for primary care. We offer a wide range of services such as hub‑based GP services, GP surgeries, services in Urgent Care Centres and A&E, a Community Primary Care mental health service, GP staff training service, and the list is growing all the time.
We are formed by a federation of General Practitioners working in Canterbury and South Kent Coast areas of East Kent. Our aim is to provide local, high‑quality services for local people by collaborating with other established organisations in the health and social care community.
