Job Title

Join to apply for the Salaried General Practitioner role at NHS Ayrshire & Arran.

Muiredge Surgery, Buckhaven is situated in the heart of its local community on the east coast of the beautiful Kingdom of Fife, with easy access to Edinburgh, Perth, Dundee and St Andrews. Fife also has many golf courses and easy access to the stunning coastal path.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed General Practitioner to work with a dedicated and supportive Practice Team to provide excellent clinical care to our patients. We have a list size of approximately 9,300 patients. This position qualifies for a Golden Hello payment subject to terms and conditions. The practice currently uses EMIS and DOCMAN, with appointment slots of 15 minutes as a mixture of face‑to‑face and telephone consultations.

Ideal candidates will provide 4‑6 sessions per week (flexible) and work under BMA employment terms and conditions. Annual leave: six weeks, plus one week study leave and eight days public holidays (pro rata).
