The role involves performing a variety of roofing works on social housing properties, ensuring compliance with standards and tenant satisfaction. To carry out a range of roofing works, maintenance, and repairs on social housing properties, ensuring safe, high‑quality workmanship that meets organisational standards and statutory compliance. The role involves working on both planned and reactive jobs to maintain tenants’ homes in good condition, contributing to tenant satisfaction and the safety of housing stock.
