A leading automotive solutions company in Witham is seeking a Robot Setter/Operator for night shifts. The role involves operating a 6-axis Robot Cell and ensuring high-quality outputs. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a setter/operator position, particularly in CNC machines, along with an understanding of HAAS or FANUC controls. We have an exciting opportunity for a robot setter/operator to join our team delivering design, engineering, and manufacturing solutions for some of the world’s most exclusive and ultra-premium car programmes.
The robot setter/operator, reporting to the Machine Shop Supervisor, is primarily responsible for operating, setting, and programming our 6-axis Robot Cell within our machine shop, to deliver a range of composite components. The machine shop and its team play a key role in the manufacturing operation at TECNIQ and contribute greatly to the solutions we deliver to our clients.

We restore and rebuild high-end classic racing cars, prepare drivers, manage a programme of touring and racing, and provide full event support.
