A leading logistics company is seeking a Reward Analyst to support its Reward and Benefits teams. The ideal candidate will possess over 3 years of experience in Reward and have excellent analytical skills. Responsibilities include implementing job architecture, managing annual bonus calculations for 1,500 employees, and conducting job evaluations. The role offers a salary up to £55,000 and includes numerous benefits such as a 20% M&S discount, 25 days annual leave, and a competitive pension scheme.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivery to join our Reward team in the role of Reward Analyst. The successful applicant will support the Reward and Benefits teams to deliver our strategy to attract, retain, engage and motivate colleagues in line with our values. The Reward Analyst will play an important role during a period of Reward transformation. Supporting the introduction of a new Job Architecture, performing job grading and evaluations along with external benchmarking and market comparisons. They will also model and cost total reward packages, assessing the effectiveness of elements and making recommendations for change, as well as support annual pay review and bonus processes and transformational change.
