We’re looking for a Revit Technician who enjoys problem‑solving, collaborating with others and turning complex point cloud data into accurate, BIM‑ready models. If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet you.

About the Role

As a Revit Technician, you’ll play an important part in creating, validating and quality‑assuring Revit models derived from point cloud data. You’ll work closely with surveyors, project managers and digital specialists, helping ensure our BIM deliverables are accurate, consistent and aligned with industry and project standards.

You’ll also have the chance to shape how we work—contributing to the ongoing improvement of our BIM workflows, tools and best practices as we continue to push the boundaries of digital construction.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Creating and quality‑assuring Revit models in line with company and project standards
  • Producing high‑quality BIM‑ready models from point cloud data counters captured by our in‑house survey teams
  • Validating graphical and non‑graphical model data for accuracy and consistency
  • Working closely with Project Managers, Surveyors and Digital Delivery colleagues to apply the right workflows and techniques
  • Ensuring BIM deliverables meet agreed quality, programme and health & safety requirements
  • Providing technical support on model authoring standards and BIM processes
  • Helping to improve BIM workflows, tools and best practice
  • Maintaining accurate project data in line with quality assurance and data governance procedures
  • Supporting wider project delivery where needed
About You

We’re looking for someone who brings technical skill, curiosity and a proactive approach. You’ll enjoy working with others, take pride in producing high‑quality digital outputs and be comfortable navigating the detail that makes great BIM delivery possible.

  • At least 2 years’ experience using Revit in a BIM delivery environment
  • Strong understanding of BIM standards and model authoring best practice
  • Experience creating, coordinating and validating BIM models
  • Confidence working with point cloud data
  • Experience working within a Common Data Environment
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and BIM‑related workflows
  • Understanding ofूह data governance, quality assurance and compliance
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and commitment toutiss sheer quality
  • Experience in construction, surveying or geospatial sectors
  • Knowledge of additional BIM tools (e.g., ArchiCAD, Tekla, MicroStation, Dynamo, clash detection)
  • Understanding of geospatial data such as LiDAR and photogrammetry
  • Architectural or engineering‑related qualification
