We’re looking for an exceptional Retail Sales Manager to lead our showroom team and deliver a world-class experience for every customer exploring our iconic cookers, range cookers, and premium cookware across our AGA, NOVY, La Cornue and Rayburn brands.

The Role

As the Retail Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of your AGA showroom. Your passion for excellence, leadership, and storytelling will inspire both your customers and your team. Championing outstanding customer service, ensuring that every visitor feels inspired, understood, and valued you’ll:

  • Lead by example as a true sales expert, coaching your team to confidently guide customers through our product ranges and heritage
  • Plan and deliver initiatives that continuously elevate customer service and sales performance
  • Organise and host exclusive in-store cooking demonstrations with our resident chef and bespoke one-to-one experiences with customers
  • Drive sales performance through maximising every customer interaction with effective upselling and add-on sales
  • Implement business and marketing plans, to drive footfall and conversion
  • Ensure the showroom reflects the AGA brand, beautifully merchandised and inviting
Team Leadership

As a confident and inspiring leader who nurtures talent and fosters a culture of pride and performance, managing and motivating your team you’ll:

  • Set a clear direction with consistent communication and feedback
  • Develop your teams’ selling skills and brand knowledge through coaching and training initiatives
  • Encourage continuous learning and development, ensuring team members feel valued and supported
  • Create a positive, engaging environment, motivating and empowering your team
Experience

You’ll be someone who can bring passion and professionalism to the role with:

  • Proven sales success within a customer facing sales environment
  • A natural culinary interest: you don't need to be a chef! But confidence or a passion in food preparation is ideal
  • Team management, coaching, and performance development
  • A natural ability to engage, inspire, and build trust with customers
  • Confident in handling sales data, systems, and administrative processes
  • Commercially astute, with an understanding of market trends and competitor activity
  • A keen eye for presentation, detail, and brand representation
Why Join AGA Rangemaster?

We offer a company pension scheme, retail and profit share bonus schemes, staff discounts and life insurance. You’ll also receive dedicated training sessions across our product ranges, induction into the business and the opportunity to visit other retail stores, manufacturing sites and head office. You’ll be working with premium brands and products that embody craftsmanship, performance, and design excellence. Join us and enjoy competitive rewards, development opportunities, and the satisfaction of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
