Whether they’re on an “early bird” flight or “taking a red eye” we want to ensure that we are there to support our customer by being adaptable to their requirements and delivering on our promise to fulfil their travel money needs!Nurturing and forming relationships with customer to gain a better understanding of their travel and currency requirements then tailoring their experience based on their destination you if they think your experience fits the brief and conduct give you more insight into Travelex and the role whilst finding out a bit more about you. Given Step 3 – If successful you will then be invited to visit the bureau where you will meet with the Bureau Manager face-to-face and have the opportunity to see what the working environment looks like. The Bureau Manager will be able to tell you more about the day-to-day responsibilities and answer any remaining questions you have.
