We’re looking for a passionate Retail & Restaurant Manager to lead our food and retail operations at Northwood HQ. If you love creating exceptional customer experiences and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to shine.

What you’ll do

• Take charge of Events, Coffee Shops, Deli Bar, Grab & Go, and Retail Store.
• Lead and inspire your team, ensuring outstanding service and presentation.
• Manage stock, costs, and waste effectively.
• Keep everything safe and compliant with food hygiene standards.
• Engage with customers and innovate menus based on feedback.
• Own daily operations – from opening and closing to cash handling and team development.

• A strong leader with retail or coffee shop experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Passion for food and delivering great customer experiences.
• UK residency for the past 5 years (security clearance required).
