• Retail sales experience with a record of achieving targets.
• Flexibility to work 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis.
• Strong communication, organisation, and people skills are essential.
• Previous retail management or supervisory experience is required.

• Drive in-store revenue by implementing effective marketing strategies.
• Achieve budget targets and work to grow store sales.
• Control stock levels and minimise wastage.
• Deliver excellent customer service and provide recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
• Provide cover for other store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maximise Sales: Drive in-store revenue by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies
• Meet Targets: Achieve budget targets and work to grow sales and store footfall.
• Stock Management: Control stock levels, minimise wastage, and handle store finances.
• Customer Engagement: Deliver excellent service, provide recommendations, and act as our Brand Ambassador.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure a clean, welcoming store environment and manage point-of-sale processes.
• Adaptable Support: Provide cover for other store locations when needed.

What We’re Looking for:

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience with a record of achieving targets

• Knowledge of or interest in the vaping industry
• Strong communication, organisation, and people skills
• Previous retail management/supervisory experience required
