What You Will Do
  • This team works primarily with a single customer in the home improvement segment.
  • Safety first: Responsible for safely transporting team members to and from inventory events, adhering to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements, and completing vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
  • Count and record inventory with precision.
  • Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
  • Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
  • Meet daily performance goals and earn productivity‑based wage increases.

Team Requirements & Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license within state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
  • A minimum of three years proven driving experience.
  • Must be willing to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer reports, pre‑employment screening, and MVR check.
  • Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, late nights, and varying hours.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver, and/or Warehouse work is desirable.
  • No inventory experience? No problem—training will be provided.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
  • Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.
  • Strong focus and attention to detail.
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
  • Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
  • Encouraged applicants: No degree needed; no experience or returning to workforce; military experience.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, and use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; to be in low‑level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; to use a ladder; to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; and to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.
