Job description

We are looking for a fun and versatile Retail and Catering Manager to join our Management Team at Gulliver’s Theme Park & Resort in Warrington.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for all retail, food, and beverage operations of the business. You will lead, manage, and inspire a team of approximately 90 staff across the Resort, with the goal of maximizing sales, profit, service, and quality. By leading your supervisors and their teams, you will deliver outstanding service, create an exceptional guest experience, and foster a positive work environment. Building strong relationships with other departments and collaborating to enhance the overall guest experience are essential aspects of this role.

Interviews will take place on Wednesday 18th June 2025.

Requirements / Qualifications
  • Proven management experience in retail and hospitality sectors.
  • Strong leadership and team coaching skills.
  • Ability to identify sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Experience in managing budgets and financials.
  • Hold a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities with guests and clients.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and legislation.
  • Experience working in high-volume retail and catering outlets, ideally within attractions, leisure, hospitality, or large holiday parks.
