A well-known theme park in Warrington is seeking an experienced Retail and Catering Manager to oversee operations of its food and beverage services. You will lead and inspire a team of approximately 90 staff, focusing on maximizing sales and delivering exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate should possess proven management experience in the retail and hospitality sectors and hold a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate. We are looking for a fun and versatile Retail and Catering Manager to join our Management Team at Gulliver’s Theme Park & Resort in Warrington.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for all retail, food, and beverage operations of the business. You will lead, manage, and inspire a team of approximately 90 staff across the Resort, with the goal of maximizing sales, profit, service, and quality. By leading your supervisors and their teams, you will deliver outstanding service, create an exceptional guest experience, and foster a positive work environment. Building strong relationships with other departments and collaborating to enhance the overall guest experience are essential aspects of this role.
