A local grocery chain in Lisburn seeks an experienced retail assistant for an 8-hour weekly contract. Responsibilities include assisting customers at tills and in-store, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Candidates should have good communication and customer service skills, preferably with retail experience. The role includes flexible working hours across weekdays and weekends with competitive pay of up to £12.60 per hour.
Summary of the Role: With the continued success of our Lisburn and Dromore food halls we are recruiting for an experienced retail assistant. This will be an 8 hour contract based in our Dromore food hall. With customer focus as the number one priority, our Retail Assistants are the first point of call for lending a helping hand.
You could be assisting customers on tills, or striking up a conversation in our food hall. Retail Assistants at Carnbrooke are always interacting with customers, ensuring they leave with exactly what they want and with a positive lasting impression.
The hours will be spread across the week but will include at least one evening and one weekend shift. We are flexible in our shift patterns which can be discussed at the interview process. All Carnbrooke employees receive 20% discount on own brand.
You must have the ability to show good communication skills. Experience of good customer service and involvement of team working.
Previous retail & customer service experience, preferably in the grocery sector.
Up to £12.60 Per Hour
8 Hours Per Week (1/2 Shifts)
Weekdays and Weekends
