Qualifications

• 12 years of medical work since obtaining a primary medical qualification.
• 6 years in a relevant specialty with experience in Respiratory Medicine.
• Demonstration of ability to achieve Advanced Life Support immediately.

Responsibilities

• Care for inpatients and outpatients in the Respiratory Department.
• Participate in General Internal Medicine responsibilities.
• Teach and train undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Skills

Engagement with clinical governance

Ability to offer independent diagnostic opinion

Fully competent with Bronchoscopy

Experience in managing critically ill patients

Education

Full GMC registration with a Licence to Practice

College Membership (MRCP) or equivalent

Postgraduate academic degree
